Whiting HVAC has been awesome to work with. At my old house, my furnace stopped working and they came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it by simply cleaning the heat sensor. Instead of trying to upsell me, they only charged the diagnostic fee and even took the time to show me how to clean it myself in the future. When I moved into my new house and needed both the furnace and AC replaced, I called them again. Once again, great service, honest people, and a very fair price. It's hard to find companies that genuinely care about helping customers instead of just making a sale. Highly recommend Whiting HVAC to anyone needing heating or cooling work.

Woke up this morning to a cold house! I was referred to Whiting HVAC by my lovely girlfriend. I was worried that I may not be able to get someone out today. Well, not only did Whiting make it out today but he was able to do some trouble shooting over the phone, got the part, and installed it in no time!! I have heat again!! Came in and installed a whole new furnace, venting and all! He was very detailed in making sure everything was right, even when it came to parts and sizes down to the tape. He had to correct a couple things that were incorrect and half-done! Even went as far as explaining things I didn't know! I felt safe and trusted his work and what he had done to get my heat back on!
